| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Routine sample taken on 9/2/09 was positive. On 9/4/09 I called Bob Hennings and left a message for him to be sure to submit 4 repeat samples ASAP> On 9/8/09 Bob called back to refer me to Rhonda Bishop who oversees all of this systems monitoring for Deschutes National forest.9/8/09 I spoke with Rhonda who told me the 4 repeats were taken and were all negative. I reminded her to be sure to do 5 routines next month. ACTION NEEDED: Five routines to be taken early October. | ||
