Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: Mr. Sanchez had lab send results to our department - received August 28,2009. I call him to discuss what had been done to the well before the sample was taken. The pump had been lowered but he did not know by how much. I explained that the test was still too high. He related that the pump was not tested as Delbert had required. He will run the pump again as Delbert suggested and retest. 9/3/09 called Mr. Sanchez and he ran the pump to waste as Delbert suggested and resample 9/2/09 ACTION NEEDED: Resample 9/2/09, if results are not lowered treatment will be required.
