| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received alert 9/8/09 and contacted John and explained that 4 repeat samples were needed. John was already in process of taking 4 repeat samples that morning and going to send them to the lab for analysis. Explained depending on results of 4 repeat samples, my need to shock chlorinate system. John is aware of protocol and procedures. ACTION NEEDED: Take monthly coliform again in September. | ||
