| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead and Copper sites changed DETAILS: Spoke with Ray today about City of Cottoage Grove lead and coper sites. Ray has replaced ~24 sampling sites from the 1992 "sampling pool". This 1992 sampling pool had several sites that were not Tier 1, 2, or Tier 3 sites, there were a lot of representative sites from late 80s and 90s. Ray worked with the city planning office to get more Tier 1 and Tier 3 sites in the sampling pool. Ray could not find any Tier 2 site that would work. The sample sites that were replaced in 2009 are more Tier 1 and Tier 3 sites and this is what the rule intended. Ray has sent a cover letter, a list of sites that were replaced, sample results from 2009, form 141-A was also filled out justifying the change of sites to Portland office. The change of sampling sites is more conservative as there are now more Tier 1 and 3 sites and the City now has a better sample site pool to use. ACTION NEEDED: none. | ||
