| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine sample DETAILS: I spoke with John. He was not aware of the positive sample. I asked him to take 4 repeat samples and 5 routine samples in November. If the samples are all negative then he can resume his regular schedule in January. ACTION NEEDED: Take four repeat samples week of Oct. 15. Take 5 routine samples in November. | ||
