| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive on 9/9/08 DETAILS: 9/10/08: Called and left message for Linda Curtis to take 4 repeat samples. 10/16/08: Received a call from Steffany Jastak indicating that Linda quit taking samples and she was no longer the system contact. Steffany indicated that she and her husband Eric are now the system contacts. I told her that they should samples asap. I faxed them a coliform sampling plan and told them they would need 5 temp routine samples in October. ACTION NEEDED: 10/17/08 I sent an inventory update to DWP with the new contact information. Wait for follow-up coliform results. | ||
