Details: SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP) consult DETAILS: Confirmed visit with operator by phone on 3/10/09. Made second visit to operator on 3/11/09 regarding ERP and getting current for sampling. Reviewed completed portions of ERP with operator, as well as coliform sampling plan. Followed up with telephone call on 3/12/09 to complete additional portions of ERP over telephone. ACTION NEEDED: Complete ERP and manager needs to mail cover sheet for ERP to state.
