Details: SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive repeat samples DETAILS: The results from the field visit coliform test were: positive at the Sept. 30th, positive at Columbia and Main. The remaining 3 results were negative - including the source. The system has a MCL violation for October. I advised to not take any more samples this month. The system will flush the city water and take five routine samples Nov. 2nd. Results of the November samples will dictate further action. If there are any positive results in Nov. , batch chlorination of the storage tank will be needed. Public notice information was sent to Mark. The public notice is to be issed in the next 30 days. ACTION NEEDED: Flush the lines, take five routine samples on Nov. 2nd.
