| Details: | SUMMARY: Trevor Lewis is resigning as operator effective October 16 DETAILS: Trevor Lewis is resigning as operator, effective October 16. Jake Jones is still the DRC, but may not be interested in continuing. I talked to Chuck Everson (541-523-2298) who is DRC for the wastewater system at Sumpter. Chuck might be willing to take on the water system, but it depends on how the City Council decides to handle things. Trevor reviewed operations-- inflow turbidity has been 0.5 NTU, outflow has been 0.3 NTU. The chlorine residuals have been 1-1.2 mg/l at distribution entry point, and 0.5 mg/l at the ends of the distribution system. Two of the 3 filter cells have been cleaned, and the third cell needs to be finished. An electrical company in Spokane is reviewing the programming for the RUGID system to determine alternatives for repair. ACTION NEEDED: City Council to meet on 10/13 to review options for hiring an operator to replace Trevor. | ||
