| Details: | SUMMARY: Met with City Council to review water system operations DETAILS: The technical assistance circuit rider Rob Henry had inspected the system with Trevor Lewis andBurnett the afternoon of 9/15 (see Site Visit). Burnett spoke to the City Council on water system operations, certified operator requirements, and reviewed some of the recommendations of the circuit rider inspection. Particularly, the City Council needs to determine what firm would be the best to complete repairs to the electrical system. The treatment operation is all manually operated at this time because the electrical controls & PLC have failed. Also, Trevor is in the process of cleaning the slow sand filter cells. ACTION NEEDED: Complete filter maintenance and repair electrical controls. | ||
