| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to routine positive - repeat positive sample result DETAILS: Carol called 10/13/09 to let us know that she had a coliform positive repeat sample. Returned her call on 10/14/09 and discussed the follow up required. She is planning on having samples taken before and after the repeat positive site as well as the repeat site. She will also sample the water source(s) closest to the positive. Water system will post a Tier 2 public notice within 30 days and send a copy to DWP. ACTION NEEDED: None needed at this time. | ||
