Second field trip to contact operator made 2/27/09. Discussed what is happening at a state level and the need for an ERP. Made follow up phone call with operator on 3/5/09 to further discuss ERP and schedule appointment for 3/6/09. ACTION NEEDED: Will follow up on 3/6/09
