Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrate DETAILS: 3/11/09 Called and spoke with Carol and she says she thinks that they did submit a nitrate sample in 2008 and will double check. I advised her to get a 2009 nitrate sample submitted to the lab ASAP. 3/13/09 Eric at Grants Pass Water Lab confirmed that a nitrate sample was submitted on 3/13/09 ACTION NEEDED: No further action
