Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrate DETAILS: 3/10/09 spoke with Sven and discussed violation. He says that he will look into his records and see whether or not a nitrate sample was submitted in 2008 and if not, he will submit one ASAP. 3/20/09 Alec at Neilson research indicated that they submitted a nitrate sample in today. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed
