| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 3/23/09 9am I left message for Don and asked for a return call and advised that four repeat samples need to be submitted within 24 hours and five temporary routines need to be submitted in April. Jeannie from Box R left a message for me saying there was an issue with the chlorinator that has now been fixed, that repeat samples have already been submitted and additional samples would be submitter in April. 4/9/09 spoke with Alec from Neilson Research :only three repeat samples were submitted on 3/20/09 and all were negative. Alec reminded them that four repeats were required. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples are due in April of 2009 | ||
