| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Called Marlowe and the number was not longer in service. Called Alexin Labs, they provided a current phone number 503-699-9191. I called this number and left message for Marlowe to be sure to take 4 rrepeats samples ASAP. I let him know if all were negative then he would need 5 samples in April and back to normal quarterly if those were good. If the repeats were positive I will be calling him back soon ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results on repeats. I will send an inventory update with the updated phone# | ||
