| Details: | SUMMARY: Missing nitrate DETAILS: Spoke to owner regarding missing nitrate samples and he was unaware the nitrate samples needed to be sent to the state. A letter was sent communication the proper address and fax number for the state. He said he should submit another nitrate sample ASAP. Umpqua Research was contacted and asked to send any previous nitrate results to Douglas County office. The 2008 sample results were faxed to the office and forwarded to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up during survey to ensure nitrate sample was taken for 2009 | ||
