Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrate DETAILS: Nitrate not reported for 2007-2008. 3/11/09 I visited the system and spoke to operator. We discussed missing samples and that a sample must be taken this year ASAP and submitted to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with manager to ensure sample is taken.
