| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic Alert DETAILS: Left message for James on cell phone and regular contact phone regarding MCL of arsenic and reminded him a tier 2 public notice was required to be posted every 3 months as long as the system exceeded the MCL. Also reminded him of plan review that was required for treatment as previously stated by Casey Lyon in the 1/8/09 contact report. Casey is working with this system. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice required every 3 months Treatment is possibly in the works and plan review is required. Enforcement letter may be required stating a timeline for plan review and treatment installation. | ||
