They had positive coliform sample in January and did not submit the required 4 repeat samples or the 5 routine total coliform samples the following month. He stated he will contact the lab and get the samples submitted and fax result copies to me. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice. Submit repeat samples (4) and routine samples (5) as soon as possible | ||
