| Details: | SUMMARY: Inventory/documentation of new system DETAILS: Michelle currently operates a registered family home and is upgrading to a certified family home. This upgrade will increase the population served will make the system a non EPA public water system. On 3/23/09 I performed a field visit to obtain information about the system. 3/24/09 I faxed completed system information, Entry structure diagram, source info and Well log to Tom Mitchell. I also spoke with Pete Farrelly to let him know about the new system. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on plan review. | ||
