| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate monitoring DETAILS: Sent letter regarding late nitrate for 2008. Annual sample was to have been reported to the state by January 10, 2009. System placed on violation list. Must sample for nitrate ASAP and report results to my office. These test results will also fulfill the nitrate sampling requirement for the 2009 sampling year. Must also post public notice for seven days or until sample is taken. ACTION NEEDED: Bring sample results and copy of public notice to our office. | ||
