| Details: | SUMMARY: New wells VOC sample has 0.0038 mg/L toluene, requiring quarterly monitoring DETAILS: Left voice mail and sent e-mail stating that toluene needs to be sampled and analyzed for by December 31, 2009. The plan review is awaiting a description of the current system configuration, which should be nearly identical to that with the old well operating. Once the analytical results were back, and the results showed no unacceptable contamination, I told the system that the water could be used for drinking. ACTION NEEDED: Assure that the next toluene result is ND. If not, toluene analysis must continue quarterly into 2010. Write a conditional plan review letter listing the items that remain to be completed for this system. | ||
