| Details: | SUMMARY: Kimmys Market UST contamination DETAILS: Ongoing Underground Storage Tank (UST) contamination issue: DEQs Kevin Dana and DHSs Tom Pattee have both evaluated the contamination potential of Milwaukies Well #4. Correspondence in Sept. 2009 shows that the the groundwater flows are away from the contamination point. However, that evaluation is controversial. Milwaukie will continue to request further investigation, despite DEQs "No Further Action" recommendation. ACTION NEEDED: None. Await the outcome after further debate. |
