Details:	SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrate DETAILS: Sent letter regarding nitrate test for 2008 not reported. Last test taken 11/20/07. A test result should have been reported to the state by January 10, 2009. Must take test immediately and send results to my office. This will fulfill nitrate requirement for the 2009 sampling year. You must post a public notice for 7 days or until the sample is taken. I am also sending a compliance schedule for your system. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for test results.
