| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting DBPs in 2008 DETAILS: Larry said he has a waiver from the EPA dated 1/26/07 for DBPs. Chris Hughes with the state was also sent a copy of the waiver. On 9/10/08 Larry contacted Chris to discuss the waiver. Chris told Larry the next DBPs would be due in 2010. Spoke with Michelle VanKleeck and she and Joe Carlson decided the violation would be rejected. Violation resolved ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
