| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Traded phone messages over several days regarding sampling regiment following a sample showing coliforms present. Confirmed that Mr. Kindred had already drawn 4 repeat samples with no notice from lab of bad results. Confirmed that Mr. Kindred was aware that 5 routine samples are to be taken in October 09. He believed this problem resulted from an air bubble blocking chlorine injection now fixed. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routines in October. Call health department if any samples show coliforms present to discuss other potential problems and remedies. | ||
