| Details: | Today a phone call was made to the listed operator and a voicemail was left. I then attempted to call the owner but was unsuccessful. I then sent the owner an email regarding the missed coliform test during the 2nd quarter of this year. It was explained that they are responsible for quarterly coliform testing and that one must be taken during the 3rd quarter still. 8/5/20 Today phone contact was made with the operator. The operator is aware of the required testing and has agreed to keep up on quarterly coliform to avoid moving to monthly sampling. |
