| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate exceedance DETAILS: Called Mr. Lillie on 9-19-09 regarding nitrates at 14.6 mg/L drawn 5/3/09 and confirmed what we discussed last May. This sample was a pre treatment sample that Tom Charbonneau had instructed him to draw with installation of the treatment device. He also pulled a post treatment sample at the same time which showed nitrates as non detect. ACTION NEEDED: Need to follow up on determining cause of treatment failure. | ||
