Details: SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: 7/22/09 Called Phil and informed him that every public water system in Oregon is required to have an ERP. He told me that he had one and we agreed to further discuss it during the upcoming system survey. ACTION NEEDED: Further discussion during upcoming site visit.
