| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 7/10/09 Repeat sample. 7/13/09 Alert issued. I spoke with Shirley and she says there has been a recent line break and that is likely the cause of the contamination. She would like the circuit rider to assist with disinfection. I provided her with the contact info for the circuit rider. 7/14/09 Terry Hinesly called and said that their plan is to have the circuit rider disinfect the system. If they cant or wont disinfect then Evergreen Meadows will chlorinate the well only as they believe the storage tanks are not contaminated. Terry said he will let me know how things progress. 7/15/09 - Shirley left a message saying they will be chlorinating on Sat. July 18. 8/10/09 - Five temporary routines tested negative for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be submitted in August. | ||
