| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 9/16/09 DETAILS: Phoned Glenn and informed him of the positive and of requirement to take 4 repeat samples as soon as possible: one at same faucet , one within 2 connections upstream and one within 2 connections downstream of 9/16 sample and the last anywhere in system. Let me know if any of 4 show coliform present. Next month draw 5 routine samples. Discussed possibility that where he recently worked on a broken/leaking line may have been a point contamination. Glenn asked to receive the standard for chlorination following a line repair. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeats immediately. 5 routines next month. If any of the 4 +5 above show coliform diagnose and remedy problems plus provide public notice. | ||
