| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Contacted Rich by phone and notified him of the alert. He will take 4 repeat samples right away and send the results to the state. He thinks the positive sample may have been a sampling error and is not aware of any problem with the system. ACTION NEEDED: I reminded him to do the 5 routine samples in October if the repeats are all negative. If any are positive I reminded him to also do a public notice. | ||
