| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Left voice message for Peggy informing her of alert. Sept. 4, 2009 - I spoke to operator and she was in touch with the lab and had already scheduled the 4 repeats. I reminded her to do 5 routine samples the following month. The operator said they had a problem with the chlorinator which may have failed prior to the routine sample being taken. They have since fixed the problem. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
