| Details: | SUMMARY: Mitrate above MCL at 14 ppm DETAILS: Called Tim and he indicated that the Reverse Osmosis system was not working properly and that it has been repaired. A valve had gone bad. Tim expressed that he was going to change systems for nitrate removal. I told him that the new treatment system will need to go through plan review. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly sampling and monitor results. | ||
