| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 8/6/09 DETAILS: Called system and spoke to Jerrys wife. She indicated that 4 samples were taken to the lab yesterday. I reminded her to take 5 temporary routine samples in Sept if all 4 repeats were negative. She said she would pass along the message. If all of those were clean then they were back on 1 sample per month. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor repeats and respond as necessary. | ||
