| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 8/14/09 DETAILS: Called Karon and she indicated she was on her way to the lab with the repeat samples. She felt that the positive was caused by a sampling error on her part. I let her know that if all 4 samples were negative then they would need 5 temporary routine samples for September. She said she understood. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor repeat samples and respond if necessary. | ||
