| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 8/12/09 DETAILS: Contacted Phil and he indicated that repeat samples would be pulled today. He had a valve break about 3 weeks ago and shocked the system. He took a special sample then and it was positive. He raised the chlorine level to 2ppm chlorine in the reservoirs and flushed the system. I reminded him to take 5 temporary routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for repeat results and respond accordingly. | ||
