| Details: | Will follow up with facility once Casey Lyons from Region 2 Drinking Water Program emails me specific instructions for what this facility needs to do per Nick Alviani. Thinking that UV treatment failed. Was told not to have 5 repeat confirmation samples taken by operator due to well being confirmed E.coli positive back in January. I will also confirm that this church is currently closed at this time as well. Updated 8/3/20- Church is currently open and will issue a boil water notice asap. Operator had collected a sample from well and the kitchen sink this morning and sent it in. **Temporary source was identified, It was considered to be a gap in the headless adapter housing at the source and was corrected (verified with operator today8/3). The system was allowed to restart monitoring at that time. Corrective Action: Waiting for results from repeat samples take today and boil water notice issued today. |
