| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Received repeat coliform alert 8/31/09. Tried phoning Bonnie 9/1/09 at 8:54am and 9/2/09 at 10:20am with no answer. Made a field visit 9/3/09 and spoke with an employee. The employee was able to get Bonnie on the phone and I discussed the required public notice that was to be posted for the public to view until the coliform issue is resolved. Faxed over coliform health affects and directions on how to shock chlorinate the well. Bonnie is still unsure as to why the positive coliform result. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice and mail copy to Lane County. Shock chlorinate well. Must wait 5 days after shock chlorinating to collect water sample. | ||
