| Details: | SUMMARY: Chemical alert DETAILS: Spoke with Jeff regarding tetrachloroethylene over the MCL. Jeff was still using the old MCL sheet and was not aware the system went over the MCL limits. I emailed a copy of the updated MCL sheet revised 8/10/09 and discussed confirmation sample and quarterly monitoring for the next year for VOC. They have received results greater than the alert level three times now in 1994, 2004 and in 2009 ACTION NEEDED: Sample must be submitted in Oct/Nov/Dec 2009. Quarterly monitoring required to determine a running annual average. | ||
