| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform DETAILS: Repeat samples dated September 14, 2009. I spoke in person with Roger and consulted about the actions he will need to complete and allowed him to borrow my departments chlorine test kit for when they disinfect the system. ACTION NEEDED: Need to post public notice and disinfect/chlorinate the distribution system and well. Also take additional samples to verify the corrective action has corrected the issue. | ||
