| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Mike called said 2 of 5 temporary routines for September were positive. He said well 3 has had some work done/pump replaced twice. The well has been disinfected twice and Mike is still trying to determine the source of contamination. Mike mentioned putting a chlorinator on that well. I reminded Mike that would have to be approved by plan review and to contact the state with site plan. Mike will take 4 repeat samples ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on intervention and repeat monitoring. | ||
