| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Al called and said all 5 temporary routine samples taken on 9/9/09 showed presence of coliform. He mentioned he believes he improperly disinfected the well. He calculated the amout of chlorine wrong as he thought the casing was 6" when in fact it is 8". They were not able to detect the smell of chlorine when flushing the system. Al is going to hire someone to disinfect the well again and will take 4 repeats in September and 5 routines in October. Al is going to contact all users and notify them that the problem is still unresolved. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on intervention and sample results | ||
