Noted that sample schedule was already supposed to be set at quarterly but was showing yearly, so changed the sample schedule. System had been notified in January 2009 that a quarterly sample schedule was required. ACTION NEEDED: No further action at this time. Wait for further sample results to show whether running annual average is over the MCL. | ||
