| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform follow up DETAILS: Operator stated when adding more chlorine to the batch tank he unplugged the pump and forgot to plug it back in. He did plug the unit back in when he found the mistake. He is waiting for chlorine residuals to come back up to 04-05 prior to resampling. Due to lab hours it will most likely be 9-8-09, holiday 9-7-09 ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeats | ||
