| Details: | SUMMARY: positive coliform follow up, repeats taken 9/9/09 DETAILS: Initial positive was taken on 9/1/09 and one of the 3 repeats taken at same site was positive for coliforms. I suggested he may look for another site since this is a frost free spigot. The last of the repeats was taken tosy9-15-09. They have good residuals in the distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: Violation notice to be distributed and copy to state. | ||
