Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 9-22-09 Sample collected. 9-24-09 Vikki called me and informed me of the positive routine sample. We discussed repeat sampling protocol and she told me that four repeat samples would be submitted to the lab today. 9-25-09 Alert issued. 10-9-09 Four repeats submitted on 9-24-09 tested negative per Neilson Research. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be submitted on October.
