| Details: | SUMMARY: Well updated, informal plan review requested DETAILS: In response to a nitrate alert, Linn County learned from Smucker that their well have been updated. Smucker was asked to submit a drawing, certification that the materials used are NSF 61 compliant, and assure there is a sample tap and pump to waste piping under informal plan review. An e-mail was sent to Smucker noting these request details and copied to the Plan Review Administrative Support and Linn County. ACTION NEEDED: Administrative support needs to provide a plan review number. Once submission received from Smucker, update database and issue a reply. | ||
