Details: SUMMARY: Need to verify approved testing sites DETAILS: 2007 samples from the Washington side and its lab the 1995 document identifies different testing sites for lead. Operator states they continue to sample the 10 identified sites from back in 1995 they have just been identified. Operator was shown the sites by previous employees. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor
